History

CTS's leitmotiv is continuous improvement based on previous experience, combining it with new technologies and management processes. This is achieved by placing fundamental importance on training, the transfer of skills, and the continuous improvement of its internal processes, to constantly drive optimization.

Born in Turin in 2006, CTS was founded thanks to the strength of Luigi Bergero's mechanical experience, which dates back to 1966. A new management team was formed in the 2000s, and a development plan was launched with a comprehensive team of selected individuals with complementary backgrounds. With an average age of 35, CTS is a company of tomorrow.
